ADESA AUTO AUCTIONS-Comprised of over 42 locations in the US and the 2nd Largest Auto Auction in the US. ADESA is a leading provider of auctions and related services for North America's automotive industry.

ADESA's primary business is auctioning used and salvaged vehicles. The auctions serve as marketplaces only, and ADESA generally does not take title to or ownership of the vehicles that it sells. We have the second largest used vehicle auction network in North America, with 53 used vehicle auctions and 36 salvage auctions.

In addition to auctions, ADESA offers a variety of related services. Before a sale, ADESA may inspect, recondition and/or certify the condition of the vehicles. If the vehicle is a total loss, we can provide salvage recovery services.

AFC, ADESA's floorplan financing subsidiary, also has more than 80 locations throughout North America, providing short-term inventory-secured financing to used vehicle dealers for the wholesale value of vehicles that they purchase primarily at auction.

ADESA employs nearly 11,000 people, with nearly 64 percent working full time. More than 8,700 of these employees are located in the United States and Mexico, with the remaining located in Canada.
