1. Ownership. Titan Certified, and all of Titan International’s web sites (the "Web Sites") are owned and operated by TITAN INTERNATIONAL USA.  The material contained on our Web Sites include, but not limited to, the text, images, graphics, sound, photographs and software (collectively, the "Content"), is protected by law, intellectual property laws. Some of the Content is updated on a real time basis and is proprietary or licensed to TITAN by third parties. You may not copy, reproduce, manipulate, alter, modify, create derivative works, distribute, republish, upload, post, publicly display, or transmit the Content in any way without our prior written consent.

1. System Integrity. You will not use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of any TITAN web site.You will not take any action that imposes an unreasonably or disproportionately large load on TITAN's infrastructure.

5. Indemnity. 6. Links to Third Party Sites. The Web Site could provide links to other web sites that are not maintained by TITAN. We are not responsible for the content of those third party web sites. The inclusion of any link to a web site does not imply our endorsement of the web site. Such third party web sites may have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of us. Titan has no responsibility or liability for these independent policies, or lack thereof, or any actions or omissions of such third parties.

SECURITY POLICY
Titan is committed to protecting the security of your transactions and testing results.

We have put in place security control systems designed to protect your transactional information and confidential business information from unauthorized use.

We require customers to supply a user id and password to access the secure areas of our Web Site. This permits us to ensure that only authorized customers have access to the secure areas of our Web Site.

All information that you submit to us is transmitted directly to our secure internal database server. We protect this information while it is stored by using two firewalls set up in "fail over" mode so that if the primary firewall system fails, the backup one takes over. Our firewall technology is state of the art and is in place to prevent "hackers" from getting into our site's database.

Titan reserves the right to modify or amend this Security Policy at any time and for any reason. Any changes to this Security Policy will be preceded by a notice posted to this Security Policy.
